Bu gizlilik politikası, Emre Biçer tarafından geliştirilen Variegate adlı mobil oyunun (“Uygulama”) kullanımına ilişkin bilgi toplama, kullanma ve paylaşma yöntemlerini açıklar. Uygulamayı indirerek ve kullanarak, bu gizlilik politikasını okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulama içerisinde sizin adınıza herhangi bir hesap oluşturulmaz ve ad, soyad, e-posta adresi gibi doğrudan tanımlayıcı kişisel veriler tarafımızca toplanmaz.
Uygulama, aşağıdaki türde verileri üçüncü taraf hizmetler aracılığıyla otomatik olarak toplayabilir:

Oyun ilerlemeniz, istatistikleriniz (örneğin günlük seri, kazanma/kaybetme sayısı vb.) ve bazı tercih ayarlarınız (dil seçimi vb.) cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanabilir. Bu veriler genellikle sadece sizin cihazınızda tutulur ve tarafıma otomatik olarak gönderilmez.
Cihazınızdaki uygulama verilerini silmeniz veya uygulamayı kaldırmanız durumunda, bu yerel veriler de silinebilir.

Kişisel olarak tanımlayıcı verilerinizi bilinçli olarak üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyorum. Ancak yukarıda belirtilen üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılar, kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde verileri işleyebilirler.
Yasal zorunluluklar söz konusu olduğunda (mahkeme kararı, yasal bir talep vb.) ilgili makamlarla işbirliği yapılabilir.
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve bilinçli olarak 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamaz. Eğer 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuktan yanlışlıkla kişisel bilgi toplandığını düşünüyorsanız, lütfen benimle iletişime geçin; bu verileri silmek için gerekli adımlar atılacaktır.
Bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma yasalarına göre çeşitli haklara sahip olabilirsiniz (erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama vb.). Uygulama, doğrudan bir kullanıcı hesabı sistemi kullanmadığı için, çoğu veri cihazınızda veya üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılarda anonim şekilde tutulmaktadır.
Yine de veri işleme hakkında sorularınız veya talepleriniz varsa benimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler olması halinde, uygulama içinden veya bu sayfa üzerinden güncel tarih belirtilerek bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

If you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, this locally stored data may be deleted from your device.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that such information has been collected inadvertently, please contact the Developer so that it can be removed.

Since the App does not have a direct account system, most data is stored anonymously on your device or processed by third-party providers.
